TECHNIQUE BAR: THE 15KG OLYMPIC TECHNIQUE BARBELL
The 15KG Olympic Technique Barbell is designed for power lifts, perfect for the three main powerlifting movements: bench press, squat, and deadlift. This bar ensures you have the right grip and support for heavy lifts.
KNURLED TEXTURE: The ends of the shaft feature medium diamond-textured knurling, providing excellent grip throughout heavy movements. The absence of center knurling helps protect your neck and chest from abrasions.
HARD CHROME COATING: The shaft and sleeves are coated in a shiny hard chrome finish, protecting against scratches and corrosion. This gives your Olympic barbell a lasting, new look with minimal maintenance.
TENSILE STRENGTH: With a 28mm shaft that has a tensile strength of 21,145 PSI, each bar is ground, polished, and individually tested to offer just the right amount of whip or flex. Brass bushings are placed between the shaft and sleeve, ensuring a smooth and consistent roll.
DIMENSIONS: The barbell measures 72" in overall length and features a 28mm shaft diameter. The Olympic weight sleeves have a 50mm diameter, a 9.75" loadable length, and a weight capacity of 500 LB, weighing 15 KG or 33 LB.
